The fear I would have is getting a feminist in charge. That's it. A woman who has actual equality beliefs would be fine but a feminist is a no. Most feminists I know are awful and want gender roll reversal, not gender equality.

If every position of power had a woman in charge, it would be sexism. There are still women in charge in some positions in our reality, just not enough, which is also partly down to sexism. If you want world peace, eliminating sexism is one step closer to it.
