The concept of age originates from time. If time is frozen, then I can’t age. It cancels eachother out therefore there is no downside.

Assuming all motion (and energy In general) stops, then you would not be able to see correctly, when you move into a new area it will appear as though your floating in air, you could see through your body as well as being unable to see what your affecting (your moving into light)

There is a huge possibility you can get addicted to pausing time to either sleep, eat, study, watch TV, travel. This could make your life appear 1/3 shorter or greater to others. If you were to live 60 years on earth. You would only live 40.
