"Hungry" is a feeling or a warning given by the body if you didnt feel it that doesn't mean that your body wouldn't need food it would just mean you are oblivious same thing as not feeling pain but you are still able to die

To all the people pressing the button, or not pressing the button. Not feeling hungry doesn't mean that you will never have to eat, it just means that you won't feel hunger, also just because you don't feel hungry doesn't mean you can't it all you "Will not press the button" people.
