I have lucid nightmares in real life from-time-to-time, & I don't find them scary. I actually enjoy them (although slightly awkwardly).

This doesn't make any sense. Lucid dreams mean you can control them. If you can't control whether it's a dream or a nightmare it's not really lucid.
