I would just create what directors and videogame people tell me to create and get paid billions for it. of course I'd have to get new eyes and such. also would have to have a leagal team so I actuly get the money and stuff.

It says you create them. But are they even good? For all you know you sacrifice your sight or sound and all you can do is write shit films or books. No thanks. Anyone can do that. It doesn't say they'll be good, anyone can make one it just may not be good or cheap.
