You loose a limb when you come back so you just never come back to the same exact time period. You just need to come back a couple seconds early or late so you don't loose anything

If the lab has multiple spots for growing ( which it should if its a lab and not just a work bench) then you prep 3 arms and 2 legs travel to the future then grab them, replacing the arm you lost. Repeat and gain infinite limbs. Thus making it of no consquence

You loose a limb every time you use it that you may choose and must be regrown in a laboratory that comes complimentary with the time machine. It takes 2 weeks to grow an arm and 2.5 to grow a leg. And the limb is taken when you come back from where you came from. You what m8?
