so it"s basically communism. if you were in a communist society, people who worked really hard would get paid the same amount as people who basically did nothing. That would lead to nobody working hard because they don't get their money"s worth and then everyone would be in poverty.

Here"s how I would do it, I would only give them enough money so they can be able to get a decent job. Then I would no longer help them. With the richer people they would have to restart their life pretty much, and nobody would know them for being rich.
