I would rather have cancer and die from it than having cancer, beeing in hospital for years because I won't die, can't really do stuff AND having mosquito bites.

How big is the bite? Questions you have to ask. What if its so small you barely notice it. And you'll probably get used to it after a while. If you never touch or scratch it it wont be a problem.
