Assuming time still progresses normally after using this power, there's no reason not to press it - if you accidentally break something, or make a mistake, you can just go back and be more careful. Only real downside would be a cautionary tale about living with your mistakes, I suppose.

You have to be carefull about when you go back and think about and or research where your going would be good. Cool. You can go back even 10 seconds, or a day, or even a week also cool.
