I'd use it to get out of awkward situations. Someone harassing you? Black out. Make them feel bad. People arguing about a sensitive subject? Black out. It's the best escape plan.

It never said how long you black out for so imma just say 2 mins every two things so me around thirty minutes I am okay with that

I can still use it so if I use it in self defense no biggie. Im not sure if happiness would be brought if I drop an anvil on someones head but maybe I would be happy on the fact that it works? if so first time I use it it will be on a solo attacker to lessen the chances next time I use it
