Behold, the Magical Information Transfer Network. Basically, it's like an interwoven network of information, powered by magic. You can magically transfer that data magic into things like magical panels that display magical video using magic. Not internet or TV though, totally different thing.

There are two easy solutions. You can either make a TV that does not need the internet since anything is possible, or you can erase the rule preventing you from breaking the first rule.
