"Trash" is just a status you put on your property. All I really need is someone to buy food for me, and to declare that it is trash before giving it to me.

Take a sheet of copy paper from it's stack , toss it into the wastepaper basket by your dest and there you go , 'trash'. Cut it into tiny strips and munch on those periodically for the three days.
