I’d never do this because first of all what if when you were 90 you started to have a lot of pain? You would still have to live 60 years. Also I would absolutely hate to see my best friend die.

Now what if I straight up said: "My best friend is [Insert my Enemy's name]", press the button and then change my best friend again? Would the 50 years be taken off my enemy's life or the new best friend's life?
