Don't count on it because if you win the lottery consecutively then the lottery commission would suspect you cheated & not pay out.

Actually lolbish winning the lottery consecutively would make the lottery commission suspicious & they wouldn't pay out. You'll probably get away with it twice in a row but don't chance it more then that. Also if you win £30,000,000 between two lotteries then you won't have to play again would you?
