You have to pay for the internet. The internet is ran by software that the cable company has that you are paying for. It it connects to the internet, it isn't free. Loophole bitches.

Fyi, since some people haven't noticed, pretty much the only web browser you may use is iCab, which is only for macs. Steam is a free software too. And Aj Henderson, you're not paying for the software, and paying for that isn't paying for other softwares.
