It is an inconvenience especially if you live in a country that doesn’t use the US dollar but it is manageable and worth doing in most cases.

Who cashes checks anymore? Direct deposit. Also even if you did get all singles take them to a bank,exchange,deposit yourself..I hardly carry any cash on me anyway.

It says you get paid in one dollar bills, just exchange them at an atm. Sure it's a pain but it's free money.
