This give me no limit at all, so in teory i can revive my parents and punish the killer accordingly. In any case at the end of the day i will have complete control over the world and everything will work as i want, with my parents over 80 and with great life problems i will press this.

Loophole: If your parents are over 26 they are technically dying already. You are already watching them die. AKA they are being killed by old age.

Upon birth you ar- no, BEFORE you are even born you are slowly dying, as there is a set amount of times the cells in your body can replicate (which is what causes ageing)

Since it isn't specified I'm just going to assume your parents are going to die the same way they would've died, you just have to watch. Couldn't have stopped it anyway, probably a slow death from cancer in hopefully a few decades.
