how exactly does this work? would the bullets get attracted to you like a magnet? and would the bullet still just kill you if it's not really going that fast?

Luckily, here in Germany not everyone"s allowed to have a weapon. Also I live in a small village, I don't think anyone here owns a weapon and a mile around is there"s not much. Might have to wear a bullet-proof west in school, but I don't think it"d be too relevant.
