firstly, 500K is a lot. Secondly, buying is not inclusive of leasing or renting. So you could still lease a massive mansion.

Downside? In My Country times that with around 7 and when would you ever need to buy something that expensive and you have to wait for 500 Weeks (around 9 years) to get 500k for free
