Once people realize this button is asking if they"d like to be Edward Cullen from the Twilight books.... Still I can at least know to look at a person and know when they are talking I can see their mouth moving. Thus giving me a way to discern the difference.

What if I claim to be deaf? Then I don't have to worry about someone discovering I can read minds. If I'm "deaf," it won't matter if they talk aloud to me, and I won't have to worry about distinguishing the difference. Boom, downside solved.
