Ok what if the child grows up? Is he free to go? Just collectively as a society change the definition of an adult to like anyone over 1, so yeah a baby is getting tortured, but they won't remember that shit and won't be there long.

It also says the torture is never ending and e few words later it says they can die. Also start torturing kids who are 1 day away from their 17th birthday and have commited a lot of crimes they would get life sentence for

This is not hard, I have kids that stabbed me with pencils and tortured me threw school, throwing stuff at my neck, which made me go to cyber school (I was trying to defind myself but 1 kid vs 5 is hard)
