It is logical to place a higher burden of tax on the people who have more disposable income. It just makes sense—some of them can be taxed 95% and still be hella rich.

Flat tax is when ever person pays the same percentage of their income. So if i earned 100$, i would pay 20$ at a 20% flat tax, but if I earned 1,000$, I would pay 200$
