This dilemma is irrelevant as time will never unfreeze. The 30 seconds could not possibly be recorded as time is not moving. You can not measure time when time has been frozen

i suppose it"s like an extra 30s is inserted into your life and you can hang around with that period of time while others just can do nothing during that 30s cuz they were not granted the extra time?

Soooo first of all. If time is frozen, then 30 seconds - 5 minutes wont pass. Second, if that doesn't work then, good thing the max recharge time is only about 4 hours
