They would travel to the timeline that corresponds to exactly one hour after theirs, not the one you're in which is an our and a fraction of a second after.

That's a paradox, but even if it weren't, I'd still press it. You can't change the future, but at least you can prepare yourself for it and lessen the damage.

the future isn't set, the present decides the future, therefor even if you "change" the future your not "changing" it so theirs no conciquence

If you change it then you could do something like destroying the world. If you kick a rock it could explode a nuclear factory. To be honest, the downside is an upside.

I had a dream like that once, I woke up and knew what was gonna happen for a week or so. The paradoxes resolved themselves. Tbh I just found it annoying.

By telling someone else about it and having them changing you are still changing it, since you were the first and only point of change in what was settled to be in the future.
