It doesn't say you can't wash your hair at the sink or put soap on your body. That technically isn't showering or bathing, but it does the same thing.

So? Don't shower or bathe, just jump into a lake naked then dry yourself off after a 10 minute soak, under a waterfall so the pressure can wash grime from your body. What's the downside?
