People in the comment be like "nothing"s permanent", but you can't buy computers, phones and other stuff. They last much longer than food, besides, food rots or eventually gets eaten. Computers can have their parts replaced but you can keep the same.

It says you can only buy things. You can just buy a bunch of like, caviar or whatever and trade it for a house. Or rent a house. Just rent everything. You can pay for someone's labor, and the labor will not be permanent. The output will be. Insignificant downside.
