you blackout.... then you wake up, figure out what you were going to do, then do it. get yourself prepared by pausing time a lot, then use the other powers, because now you won't blackout in the 90's or future or whenever you go

1st thing to do is only feeling the pain once, by going in to the future. There you undergo a brain surgery, which removes your ability to feel pain or implants an Implant to turn feeling pain on or off.
