Sure, no prob, but i think he will have some problems, this say nothing about a special method so he just narrate it forever where he is, probably never knowing who i am and why he's doing it.

It said that he narrates your thoughts, not that he's beside you doing it. Basically, he would constantly be saying random stuff for no apparent reason and probably get locked away in an insane asylum.

Not that anybody wouldn't want to have Gilbert Gottfried as their narrator, if you could have anything you want for free why not want Gilbert to shut up? Then you just get free things without having to worry about it.
