Sure, no prob, but i think he will have some problems, this say nothing about a special method so he just narrate it forever where he is, probably never knowing who i am and why he's doing it.

It said that he narrates your thoughts, not that he's beside you doing it. Basically, he would constantly be saying random stuff for no apparent reason and probably get locked away in an insane asylum.
