Use telepathy often, but do it for 1 second on someone you love, because if that person loves you, then they won't think anything bad. And whenever you use telekinesis, it never specifies how long you have to do it, you can just do it for 1 second.

Yes but the problem with these questions is unless you use the power nothing happens. If you press it and don't use the power there isn't a disavange and you can use the power if you need it
