never turn it off :) never said there was a limit and it never said the severity of the headache would worsen the more or longer you used it, u just get the same headache all the time. so if you never turn it off, then you can't get the headache. I CAN FLY!!!!

is the headache when you use it or after you use it. during telekinesis would be very difficult, choosing to not take it. After means i would take it. a bit more detail does help sometimes
