And the downside is? When you stop time there already is nothing that can tell you how long time you frozen time, and you would not have problems even if you froze time for a year because the only things that change are the ones you changed

A bit ambiguous, it does not specify if you can interact with other things as if time wasn't stopped, if not then you"d die due to the lack of oxygen, if not you can have your perfect lift for a while.

I would mess with people. Like if somebody handed me a huge stack of paperwork, I would stop time, do it, give it back to them, unfreeze time, and tell them that I already did it a week ago, Before they even give it to me
