Sorry to say, but that is not how stopping time works. Only you can tell you stopped it and for all others, it just is like a snap, and you really didn't freeze time, because time would still be cautious, so all you are technically doing is freezing everyone, not time it's self though.

So I can stop time but people will know what I've been doing during the time freeze, so if I stop time and figure out the cure to cancer or any other life threatening decease...i'll be stupid rich. I don't see a downside here.

Ye good luck figuring out the cure to cancer, how will you do it though? do you have any idea? it doesn't say that you don't age when time is stopped so you will not be able to find cure to cancer I guess.

there isn't really a downside to this, unless you screwed up in the head and do something sick and twisted you should be fine and if i had this power i would freeze time too do all my assignments then unfreeze time hand the work in then repeat lol
