You could make yourself any character though right? so you would know the outcome and if you were an irrelevant character, it wouldn't much impact you.

I would just write myself as the protagonist, and I wouldn't die anywhere in the story. I would write myself as if I were fearless, and only have the story happen over the course of a few days, and then I could get through it easily.

Well I"d write a horror fiction story but make myself good-looking, have the perfect life etc and then the horror fiction would be a small part of the story. Basically writing my own life with a small horror section to make it this button.
