But you said perfect life together which in my case is they never die and when I die they Wil forget about me so they don't feel pain because of my death but since they never die then that means loophole.

If it"s fictional character they don't live in the first place so you bring something to life but then have them die in pain, tbh I"d still accept even though it will hurt my heart to see the character in pain.
