No. Curing aging means that your body doesn't get older wtf are you talking about? Also the diseases that come with aging is also perfectly normal human feature, but I guess you wouldn't want to get diseases would you?

You do know that once everyone YOUNG stops aging the world population would decrease rapidly and for all who are not young they will most likely die but the diseases will over time have the world population go either: back to normal or a more likely chance be defeated and die

Nit instantaneous. It would take some years for that to happen. It would happen, and relatively quickly, but not close to instantaneous.

We still have medicine for these things so we can just easily cute it, no big deal. And we still have the Black Death, it's just rarer and easier to cure. Just take an asprin and you'll be fine

Those diseases were so deadly because we didn’t have the knowledge we do now about medicine and safety so the probably wouldn’t be a problem

My fellow Americans, none of the afore mentioned diseases have been eradicated, they are just very rare in our country because we are fortunate enough that ( for the most part) we have clean drinking water, antibiotics, and vaccines.
