But, a person does know the answer to the questions they're asked. Maybe not immediately, but still one knows the answer, even if it is, "I don't know". Am I wrong?

People can ask you how was your day and such and you would be able to go for a long time dodging the end of the question, could have them do this daily.

You could solve any question in the Universe, how to travel the universe, how to ensure that the human race becomes the ideal race and strives across the galaxy, etc. Plus I could just tell them to ask me what I would say at certain times throughout my entire life and bam, I could talk whenever.

Like... Make up a sign that means:"Ask me what I wanna say.", that way, you can just say whatever you wanna say after they asked you and you know LITERALLY EVERYTHING.
