There is no need to use capitals at the start of basically every word, it looks stupid. Also there is an apostrophe needed in can't, it is there to show there is a letter missing.

According to what this says, I can't make one after I press the button, but it doesn't state that I can't HAVE MADE one, nor that I cannot use said previously made account. That being said, I barely use it anyhow, so it wouldn't make much difference.
