well you can kill the creeper and prevent it from spawning by putting peaceful on which will ultimately remove the creeper

Go to a troll"s house while their inside and you have creative mode on or have an empty inventory. Plus no one will go near you in pvp and if you die anayway then the creeper will blow up some other player.
