Speed-walk? (the difference between running and walking is when you change from one leg to the other. Running you never have both feet on the ground, walking you never have no feet touching the ground)

Glad you asked! Here are other alternative forms of exercise: Jumping Stair Climbing Sit Ups Rowing Speed Walking Swimming As one can see from these examples there are ways to exercise aside from running.
