Phantasm no, there"s not much better good you could do if you were immortal, and the grief you would go through, especially spending eternity floating around in agony in the vacuum of space, just isn't fair.

...allow immortal beings like myself, to have entertainment and other stuff in that environment. Maybe a way to have life... Seeing all my loved ones die of old age is better than dying, but then, that is because I don't believe in an afterlife.

being immortal means you don't die. Period. Whereas being un-aging means you can die, but not from age.

Immortality Itself has some ups and downs, but the fact that you actually HAVE to watch them die makes it not worth it. If you had the option to watch them die, but didn't have to, I might press it.
