But saying u can't alter the plane without it clearly stating that it is in the air could mean its on the ground or it could be on a building in the ocean etc so I found an anti loophole

loophole: one of those little planes and when i get thrown out i will just have something there to break my fall. it says it can't be altered by my wishes, so this doesn't count as a wish
