I would buy a huge house for all my family and friends, than stay in the pool house. Buy all my family and friends anything they wanted as long as I can use it whenever I want (maybe even buy two) I could live a very nice life spending it on other people.

If you buy more than just basic survival essentials in real life, then this would be a downside. Keep in mind, any form of entertainment that costs money, and you don't own, is now out of your reach. You are stuck with what you have.
