It didnt say that you had to go to sleep every night. So say you go to sleep at 8pm one day and sleep for 8hrs (double it 16 hrs) and you wake up the next day at midnight, fully rested. Just stay up for like a day or two and then sleep again, and wake up ... [Show full comment]
