Technicly speaking, the dna of humans worldwide probably would be changed in a way so that reproduction doesn't work that way, as chromosomes x have information essential for humans, meaning that yy would just die as soon as it is created.

Speaking as a gay guy who would love to have kids of his own I'd love something like this but, the downside is just too much. I'd never be able to put one kid through that, never mind a whole worldwide selection of them and there is already enough kids out there without a home.
