When I become a Jedi and swing my lightsaber, I will remember watching star wars and that will trigger my memories. Then I will go to the Zelda Universe and when the hyrule field theme plays I will remember playing oot. And SAO I will remember Kirito, so really anything can trigger your memory.

I wouldn't mind but I think I would miss a lot of my friends from different planets. I would need a communication device that I could not get rid of, so that way when I got my memory back, I could make more, give them to my new friends, and also talk to my old ones, continuing my journey.
