No one seems to understand that a PC isn't a console Q.Q However it is true that you don't need a console if you have a pc.. and you can sell all the games you don't want to upgrade your computer immensely.

It said console not platform so you could have a PC and a Xbox One/PS4. Also you could look at that another way "you can only own one console" this meaning you can't have 2 PS4s.
