Just set up a proxy server that all your other internet connections go through. Technically, only one program (the proxy server) is using the internet, other programs are using the proxy instead.

The program will just be one that forwards all network traffic from another computer. Can use as many programs on that computer as I want, and I'm technically only using one program on the first computer.
