I would probably just write down my life story and who to talk to each time I teleported so they can tell me what I might've left off. I could put down everything that I know before teleporting and carry around that paper for the rest of my life

when you teleport have a note or a piece of paper or something like that. before you teleport, under-go plastic surgery and look like some famous person. when you teleport,look at the note and be convinced you"re that person.
