There is a huge hole in this question because it doesn't tell you how long it will be disabled for. It could be 10 mins to 30 seconds. Or even 10 years to 30 days.that is the biggest problem with some of these questions is that they lack important details

If you didn't press the button, then you wouldn't be able to fly at all, whereas if you did press the button, at least you can fly.

i saw one where it was "you can fly (magically), and go as fast as you want to, but every 20 minutes, you have to take a one minute break, or something like that.

Doesn't say for how long it would be disabled... but assume 20 minutes off and 20 minutes on, with a good wing suit you could still stay airborne.
