for starters, just cause you can go super saiyan doesn't mean senzu beans exist, and senzu beans can't cure disease, remember when goku got that heart virus, he ate a senzu but didn't recover from it

Wait if you can become Super Sayian that means that you are technically Sayian or at least part Sayain so human diseases don't work that well on you. Plus you just zenkai boost every time you almost die. Also JUST EAT A SENZU BEAN DAMNIT

It says diagnosed, not that they come down with cancer. In other words, five people who didn't know they had cancer, but did, will now be aware of it and stand a better chance at surviving.
